Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MyQuoteCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. MyQuoteCraft is operated by Rafz Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MyQuoteCraft provides quoting, invoicing, and client management tools for contractors and service businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyQuoteCraft. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

MyQuoteCraft offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MyQuoteCraft — your clients, quotes, invoices, and business information. We process this data only to provide the service.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data to operate the service. We do not sell your data.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MyQuoteCraft to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of warranties

MyQuoteCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafz Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyQuoteCraft, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us at support@myquotecraft.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of MyQuoteCraft shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
