Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Who we are
MyQuoteCraft is a quoting and invoicing platform for contractors, operated by Rafz Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company. When we say “MyQuoteCraft”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy, we mean Rafz Services LLC.
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@myquotecraft.com.
2. What information we collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID from Google instead of a password. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Business profile: Information you enter about your business — name, address, phone, logo, license number, and similar details you choose to provide.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use MyQuoteCraft, including quotes created, clients added, and features accessed, to improve the product.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This may include pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, approximate location (country/region), and referring website. Google Analytics collects this data via cookies and your IP address. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Client data: Contact details and project information you enter for your clients. You own this data; we process it only to provide the service. See Section 5 for how we handle your clients' information.
Files you upload: Logos, attachments, and signature images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and are accessible only through time-limited signed links.
3. How we use your information
- To operate and provide the MyQuoteCraft service
- To send transactional emails (quote notifications, invoices, account verification, password resets)
- To process payments through Stripe
- To respond to support requests
- To improve and develop the product
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' information to third parties.
4. How we share your information
We share information only with the following service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own data processing terms:
- Neon (database hosting) — stores your account and business data
- Vercel (hosting) — serves the application
- Cloudflare R2 (file storage) — stores uploaded logos, attachments, and signature images
- Stripe (payments) — processes subscription billing
- Resend (email delivery) — sends transactional emails
- Google — optional sign-in (Google OAuth) and website analytics (see Section 2 and Section 9)
Integrations you configure: If you connect MyQuoteCraft to other systems using our API or outbound webhooks, we will send quote, client, and invoice data to the endpoints you specify. You are responsible for the security and privacy practices of those recipients.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Your clients' information
When you use MyQuoteCraft to send a quote or invoice, we process personal information about your clients — such as their name, email, phone, address, and project details — on your behalf. For that information, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your clients' information with us.
When your client opens a quote link, we may send a one-time verification code to the email address you entered for them, record when they viewed the quote, and — if they approve it — capture their typed name, signature image, and the time of approval. This information is stored with the quote and shown to you as the contractor.
If you are a client of a MyQuoteCraft user and have questions about your information, please contact the business that sent you the quote. You may also contact us at support@myquotecraft.com and we will assist or forward your request as appropriate.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, billing records).
7. Where your data is stored
MyQuoteCraft is operated from the United States, and your data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed session tokens, and time-limited signed links for uploaded files. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
qc_session— keeps you logged in (session cookie, expires after 30 days)_ga,_ga_*— Google Analytics cookies that distinguish unique visitors and sessions (expire after 2 years)
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
10. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@myquotecraft.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
11. Children
MyQuoteCraft is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
